XEDA introduced XEDAFOS at Interpoma

The company XEDA, based in St Andiol, South of France, introduced a new solution to enhance apples at Interpoma.

 

This new wax is a wax called XEDAFOS.L totally natural gum base lacquered and pure alcohol.

 

This wax gives to apple a burst and a maximum brightness what avoid weight loss and preserve the taste and firmness.
